Sansiri recorded 27 billion baht in presales during the first 10 months and expects to post 40 billion baht by the end of the year, up from 31 billion baht last year. Sansiri posted 15 billion baht in revenue in the first half and expects to have 34 billion by year-end. The new projects will comprise five condominium sites and five single-house projects worth more than 20 billion baht combined. Mr Srettha said Sansiri expects to fulfil its plan to launch 19 development projects worth 44.7 billion baht this year. Condo business contributed 14 billion baht, and low-rise accounted for 10 billion.
